Welcome to Kalam’s Institute of Youth Excellence (KIYE), a non-profit, non-political organization founded by Nareshindian (Jetti) with a profound mission: to disseminate the life message of the revered Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam through training and literature.
Our journey began with a serendipitous encounter with the inspiring soul of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on August 15th, 2007, in Sangareddy-Medak. This momentous meeting sparked a deep connection and a transformative journey. Inspired by Dr. Kalam’s vision, we embarked on a path of self-discovery and service, driven by his ideals of youth empowerment and societal progress.
Driven by a relentless passion to carry forward Dr. Kalam’s legacy, KIYE has evolved into a beacon of hope and change. From the inception of life skills training in 2013 to the authoring of bestselling books and beyond, our commitment remains unwavering.
The untimely demise of Dr. Kalama in 2015 served as a poignant catalyst for renewed dedication. A pilgrimage to Rameswaram, heartfelt tributes, and a solemn oath marked the beginning of a solemn vow to uphold and advance Dr. Kalama’s vision.
Since then, KIYE has tirelessly worked towards nurturing responsible citizens and fostering national leadership. With a dedicated focus on youth development and environmental stewardship, we strive to create a brighter, sustainable future for generations to come.
Under the esteemed guidance of Dr. G. Sathish Reddy, Chairman of DRDO, KIYE has expanded its horizons, embarking on transformative initiatives such as Kalam’s Yatra.
